Symptoms

On a shipment, when click Actions - Change Shipment details and Change Start time - when the time or the offset is entered and the reset order time window is checked -
the order release time window emphasis is not getting set to NONE, effectively, not changing the start time and there is the following Error

Cannot change start time because it would make the shipment infeasible.

STEPS
-----------------------
Find a Shipment

Go to Actions / Shipment management / Change Shipment Details / Change Start Time
Start Time OffSet 2 H
Boxes : "Fixed" and "Reset Order Time Window" are checked

Cannot change start time because it would make the shipment infeasible.
