When attempting to enter a project expenditure date at any point in the future during PO Requisition creation, user receives the following error:

Example: Mar-14 period ( 20-Feb-14 to 20-Mar-14) is open in Projects, so any date beyond 20-Mar-14 results in this error being displayed.
