Symptoms

Forms not launching after upgrade from 11i to R12.
The error is: ClassNotFoundException: oracle.apps.fnd.formsClient.FormsLauncher.class.

JRE 1.7.0_51-b32 is used with Internet Explorer 10 under Windows 7 client OS.

Changes

 Upgrade to R12, in particular JRE (Java Plug-in) upgrade.
