Symptoms
On Applications 12.1.3 :
Performance issue with Create accounting.
This is the first run of the request.
It took 3.5 hours to complete for 30000 transactions.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
- OPM Financilas > Run Create Accounting.
Due to this issue, users cannot close the period in the expected time frame.
