Symptoms

On Release 12.2.3 version, E-Content Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Category field is not available to enter nor the LOV is displayed in the Smart page post upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.3

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see the category from the Smart Form

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.3
2. Go to non catalog page
3. Choose the Smart Form
4. Check the category

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the category from the Smart form .
