Unable to see all Campaign Activities Created by Other Users (Doc ID 1638504.1)

Symptoms

User can only see their own 'Activities' and not all the activities even though they have the Marketing Administrator responsibility and is a member of the AMS: Admin Group.


As they are part of the AMS: Admin Group they should be able to see all Marketing objects not just their own.

The AMS Team Refresh program has been run and have cleared cache and bounced the server but you see no change.
