One Sided Transactions Being Created in Create Accounting: Error Number 0 The Subledger Journal Entry Does Not Balance In the Entered Currency (Doc ID 1638576.1)

Symptoms

Create Accounting - Assets process ends in Warning.  Several transactions show as one-sided (e.g. missing debit or missing credit).

The following error is shown with these transactions:

Error Number 0
The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency.  Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines
