Symptoms
In Release 12.1.3, when attempting to submit the Create Worksheet request, the following error occurs.
form validation failure: A value must be entered for "Operating Unit".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Compensation Manager responsibility > Requests > Schedule > New Request > select Create Worksheets from the LOV > note that the one OU is defaulted into the Operating Unit field >
click Next, get the error.
