Serial numbers are unavailable in Shipping Transactions form (WSHFSTRX) after the move order was transacted (pick confirmed) through the Transact Move Orders form. (INVTOTRX)
Serials should be available after the order is picked and line is staged.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Shipping transactions form -> Tools -> Serial Numbers
