R12: ADJUSTED_RECOVERABLE_COST and ALLOWED_DEPRN_ LIMIT_AMOUNT are Incorrect after Cancel Extended Depreciation (Doc ID 1638765.1)

Symptoms

 Extended Depreciation is canceled, ADJUSTED_RECOVERABLE_COST and ALLOWED_DEPRN_ LIMIT_AMOUNT are incorrect. This issue is occurred when Depreciation limit amount type is AMT before running Extended Depreciation.
