Symptoms
When trying to copy roll data from one instance to another using FNDLOAD using a command similar to:
FNDLOAD APPS/<APPS PASSWORD> 0 Y UPLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/afrole.lct xxx_umx_roles.ldt WF_ROLE ROLE_NAME=UMX%AAA%
the following error occurs:
Upload from stage tables
Error loading seed data for GRANT: ROLE_NAME = UMX|AAA_BBB_CCC_DDD,
GRANT_GUID = <GUID>, ORA-20001: APP-FND-01572: Invalid foreign key data was found for this record.
Value XXXXX for column YYYYYY does not exist in table FND_OBJECT_INSTANCE_SETS.
Error loading seed data for GRANT: ROLE_NAME = UMX|AAA_BBB_CCC_DDD,
GRANT_GUID = <GUID>, ORA-20001: APP-FND-01572: Invalid foreign key data was found for this record.
