Changes To Coverage In Supplemental Life Plan Causes The Interim Coverage Set To Incorrect Max Coverage Allowed

On 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Oracle Advanced Benefits
Changes to coverage in Supplemental Life plan, causes the Interim coverage is set to the Max coverage allowed and not the previous elected value.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- An employee elects to increase coverage in the Supplemental life plan the rules require an EOI.
- The interim coverage is now being set at the max coverage allowed in the plan i.e. employee has 20,000 coverage elects to increase to 30,000 this requires an EOI and the change is suspended until EOI is received.
- Interim coverage should be the original 20,000 but that is being end dated and interim coverage is instead 50,000 which is the max amount allowed in this plan. This happens for all LE the allow this type of change.
