Asset Hierarchy Checbox Its Disabled From Installed Base Graphical View - Asset Relationship (Doc ID 1639286.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In IB 'View relationships graphically' > 'Asset Hierarchy' checkbox is unchecked and disabled (greyed out), and the Asset Hierarchy not visable.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to check the 'Asset Hierarchy' checkbox and view the Asset Hierarchy, in the IB 'View relationships graphically' page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. responsibility: Customer Support, Vision Operations
2. Click on Installed Base
3. Click on View and Transfer Customer Item Instances
4. Search for item instance that has a configurations hierarchy -- Item Instance <Item Instance>
5. View relationships graphically - Relationship Type > "Asset Hierarchy" checkbox is unchecked and disabled (greyed out), and unable to view the relationship graphically.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use this functionality to view the IB item instance relationships graphically.
