The Delivery Format Parameter Not Available When Scheduling a Report (Doc ID 1639536.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to schedule a report using Schedule (Online DB) option, the Delivery/Format section is not available and the user always gets the report generated in PDF format by default.

Expect to be able to see the Delivery/Format section when scheduling a report in order to be able to generate it in other formats (e.g. Excel or HTML).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Nav: OTM --> Business Process Automation --> Reporting --> Report Manager
Select a report, e.g. Route Strategic Confidence Factor Summary.
2) Click to Schedule (Online DB).
3) See that the Scheduling options only allow to enter Email Address and Parameters, but there is no Delivery/Format section to allow to choose the desired report format.
