Symptoms

While executing the script- /tstdb4/otm/oracle/glog/oracle/script8/ create_gc3_tablespaces.sql, the following error occurs.

ORA-06512: at "SYS.CREATE_TABLESPACE", line 133

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the script- /tstdb4/otm/oracle/glog/oracle/script8/ create_gc3_tablespaces.sql
