On : 12.1.3 version, Delivery Components

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 After changing profile option HR Security from Setup business group to XYZ Operating Unit, the deliver to locations are not available anymore in iProcurement

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the deliver to location in iProcurement

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change HR Security from Setup business group to XYZ Operating Unit
2. Check the deliver to location
