iProcurement Receiving - Unable To Receive More Than 1 Line At A Time And/Or System Hangs During Receiving (Doc ID 1640446.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Desktop Rcv/Returns/Correction

When attempting to submit a receipt the following error occurs.

ERROR

Your receipt could not be created successfully because the receiving transaction manager is not running.

Or System hangs.

FND LOG shows:

po.plsql.po_message_s.VALIDATE_JOB_RELEASED_DATE.1.EXCEPTION ;SQLERRM = ORA-01403: no data found
icx.por.rcv.uti.RcvUtil "validateDateWithLaterJOBReleaseDate: Exception : ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at ""APPS.POR_UTIL_PKG"", line 3871
ORA-06512: at line 1

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login iProcurement
2. Go to Receiving tab
3. Select lines and continue
4. Get message:
"your receipt could not be created successfully because the receiving transaction manager is not running"
