Remove Point (Step) On An Existing Grade Ladder (Doc ID 1640537.1)

Symptoms

On Applications 12.1.6
Find when adding grade points and removing grade points on a grade ladder, the removed points are still displaying in the grade step placement form.

-- Expected Behavior
 Expect the removed points to not display in the grade step placement form

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Work Structures / Grade / Pay Scale
Enter Pay Scale and point values
2. Create Ladder with Using progression points yes and select the above existing pay scale / submit
3. Total Compensation Setup Wizard
Change Effective Date to 12-Sep-2013
Click Go
Click Update next to "XX Monthly Pay Scale"
4. Go to task 4 Step
Expand Grade "XX"
Click Remove next to "Step 1 (770)"
Page refreshes
Expand Grade "XX"
Click Green plus to add step

5. Select a Pay Scale: XX
Use existing Pay Scale
Pay Scale Name
XX Monthly Pay Scale
Click Continue button
Select Steps: XX
Move point 820 to Steps
Click Continue button
Select Ceiling Step: XX Ceiling Step 820
6. Click Finish button
Submit as Update with Replace
