Applies to:

Oracle iSupport - Version to 12.2.3 [Release 11.5 to 12.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Unable to configure an Employee User in iSupport Administration.

When searching for an existing User Name under Administration > User, it does not come up.
However, the User Name can be found if the search is performed in 'CRM HTML Administration' Responsibility.

As shown in the image below, only users with User Type = Customer are retrieved.

The username should be accessible with the iSupport System Administrator responsibility, so that a default responsibility can be assigned to it.
