TeleService - Task Manager: When Using A Task Template, No Values Returned In "Assignee" LOV (Doc ID 1641145.1)

Symptoms

When using Task Template to create Tasks on the Service Request form, there are no values being returned in the Assignee LOV.

Steps:

1. Query any SR that is already created or create a new one.
2. Go to the Tasks tab and against the Assignee field, invoke the Task Template and select a Template.
3. Click on the LOV for Assignee and it is blank. Even a % search brings up blank.
