Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Batches

When attempting to create a move order from a batch automatically for all ingredients to ship material to source subinventory.
1: Move order created without allocation
2:When move order created without allocation, we try to allocate manually the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: The material sourcing process failed to create picking suggestions for line 1 of move order number xxxxx


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Production supervisor resp then batch details


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot transact move orders that are created during batch creation.
Requirement is to create the move order automatically when the batch is created for all ingredients to replenish source subinventory. Here move order is creating automatically but allocation is not happening.
