"HR: Allow Absence Negative Balance" Does Not Work Correctly for Future Dated Absences (Doc ID 1641321.1)

Symptoms


In 12.1.3, "HR: Allow Absence Negative Balance" profile is not considering future dated leaves. When attempting to apply leave for "Absence Type" not allowed for negative leave balance in case of future dated absences, the following error occurs in workflow. It is not stopping users to raise absence request.

The changes were not applied because ORA-20001: PER_449875_ABS_NEGBAL: N, ABSTYPE, <>


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply leave Absence Type not allowed for negative leave balance in case of future dated absences.
