Goal

You want to pick release delivery details using APIs similar to the functionality of pick releasing via the Shipping Transactions form.

For example, when the 'Launch Pick Release' action is triggered after selecting multiple delivery details, the application creates a single batch for all delivery details and releases the batch.

Using the WSH_PICKING_BATCHES_PUB.CREATE_BATCH API to create a pick release batch, how can you link multiple delivery details to a pick release batch?
