On : 12.2.2 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After running the Allocate Checklists and Tasks process, no employees have been allocated tasks
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Off Boarding Checklist set up with 2 tasks
2. terminate an employee so he is eligible for the checklist
3. SSHR -> Allocated Checklists. No tasks listed
