iSupport: Bill To and Ship To Address Not Displayed In Contact Information Page (Doc ID 1641735.1)

Symptoms

In iSupport, the Contact information page does not display the Bill To and Ship To address fields during the Service Request creation process.

iSupport > SR Creation > Contact page

The problem occurred for iSupport Employee users.
Business users were able to see these addresses.
