After converting customers using Oracle Public APIs, users get the following error message for US customers when viewing a customer:
Value MO for the flexfield segment State does not exist in the value set HZ_US_STATES
The issue only happens for customers that are upgraded from 11i.
There are no issues for customers that are created in R12.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigation: Customers > Customers
-Query for a customer
-Click n Account Details icon
-Click on the Details icon for the address.
-Under Account Site Address region, the error appears right below the State field.
