Descriptive Flexfield Information is Not Saved Correctly from Parts Requirement to Internal Order (Doc ID 1642436.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Spares Logistics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating/updating Internal Order from Parts Requirement HTML page, it doesn't consider the descriptive flexfield info properly. It uses the old descriptive flexfield records even if the descriptive flexfield has been updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Parts Requirement page to should update/save descriptive flexfield info first and then create/update Internal Order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Parts Requirement HTML Page, enter the descriptive flexfield info, save
2. Add the Source for the Item at Parts Requirement Line
3. Change the descriptive flexfield values, click on Apply, the Internal Order will have the wrong descriptive flexfield info.
