Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to select non-primary email address while entering sales order header

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect email address LOV to show all email addresses (not only the primary)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login as order management responsibility
2. open sales order form
3. enter order header
enter customer name
select email address LOV
