On : 12.1.3 EBS Service Contracts, QA Related

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Service Contracts QA Check for a contract with 64K sublines hangs and never completes.

The QA Check on contract with fewer number of sublines is getting completed in reasonable amount of time. But the problem is with this one contract which has around 64,000 sublines.
As per customer update there can some times be contracts with more than 100,000 sublines and the system should be able to take that load.

This issue is happening on Production instance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect this to be completed in reasonable amount of time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service Contracts Manager
2. (N) Contracts Administration--> Launch Pad
3. Search for a contract and Open it for Update.
4. Make Required changes and initiate QA Check.
