Customer Interface: Unable to Import Territory Using Customer Interface Program (Doc ID 1643061.1)

Symptoms

You are not able to import territory from customer interface.

You are passing value for the column TERRITORY in the RA_CUSTOMER_INTERFACES_ALL table.

The field is not processed and the interface program is not raising any validation error.
The value is coming null.

You have already tried ID, value, description but nothing is working.
