R12/CE: Cashflow Cleared but ACCOUNTING_DATE in Future Date

Symptoms
Sweeps process was run on a DATE and instead of running thru current open period, the date selected was FUTURE which is not an open period yet. Therefore, these events are stuck in the SLA and need data fix to assist in removing:
They cleared the cashflows wrongly on a future date. Instead of CURRENT DATE they have wrongly given date as :
CASHFLOW_ID EVENT_TYPE ACCOUNTING_DATE CLEARED_DATE
