On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order

Slow performance while cancelling Purchase Orders.
The size and / or number of Lines on the PO is not having an effect on the performance.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
  2. Go to Purchase Orders > Purchase Order Summary
  3. Query for a PO to cancel
  4. Go to Tools > Control
  5. Select 'Cancel PO' from the Actions List of Values (LOV)
    a. Begin cancel process
    b. Elapsed time for cancellation 00:01:50 hrs. Purchase orders cancellation is running slow.
    c. PO is finally canceled
