Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA

After performing the configuration / setup and deployment process for enabling Org Chart functionality, when attempting to access the OrgChart function, the following error occurs.

Redirected to SSO log in page

And throws Below Error:


Error 500--Internal Server Error
