Contract Discount Amt Included In Net Price Amt On Charges Tab After Applying 16712956 (Doc ID 1643882.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

Net price is showing a value even though it is covered by the contract.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a warranty contract.
2. Enter the warranty SR and the part number into the charges tab.
3. When you go to the Pricing tab, it shows the 3 columns, Extended Price, Contract Discount Amount and Net Price to be the same (Greater than 0).

However If you go to the Pricing Rules tab and click on LOV of the contract and reselect the same contract number with the same coverage that was originally selected, the Net Price column zeros out like it had done automatically before the patch was applied.
