Symptoms

When attempting to apply changes to a budget line, the following error occurs.

Error: User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_PLAN_MAINT_T_PVT Procedure MAP_ORG_CAL_INFO 

or

When attempting to create a project from template, the following error occurs:

1.User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_PLAN_MAINT_T_PVT Procedure MAP_ORG_CAL_INFO
2.User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_PLAN_MAINT Procedure CREATE_PRIMARY_PVT
3.User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_XBS_ACCUM_MAINT Procedure PLAN_CREATE
4.User-Defined Exception in Package pa_fp_copy_from_pkg Procedure copy_wp_budget_versions
5.User-Defined Exception in Package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB Procedure copy_structures_tasks_bulk
6.User-Defined Exception in Package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB Procedure Copy_Structure
7.API: PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB.CO

or

Running the seeded PA_PROJECT_PUB.ADD_TASK API to create tasks the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Go to Projects: Deliver-->Projects: Project Search-->(Enter Project Number)
Go to Financial (TAB)-->Budget and Forecast (TAB)-->(Click on Edit on Any Financial Plan Type)-->(Click on Edit on working version)-->(Click on Edit for any resource member)-->(Enter budget Information Click on Apply)
