R12.2 API Error While Creating A Project From Project Template (Doc ID 1644747.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a project from template, the following error occurs.

1.User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_PLAN_MAINT_T_PVT Procedure MAP_ORG_CAL_INFO
2.User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_PLAN_MAINT Procedure CREATE_PRIMARY_PVT
3.User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_XBS_ACCUM_MAINT Procedure PLAN_CREATE
4.User-Defined Exception in Package pa_fp_copy_from_pkg Procedure copy_wp_budget_versions
5.User-Defined Exception in Package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB Procedure copy_structures_tasks_bulk
6.User-Defined Exception in Package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB Procedure Copy_Structure
7.API: PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB.CO

Running   the seeded PA_PROJECT_PUB.ADD_TASK API to create tasks the following error occurs

error message: Call of PJI_FM_XBS_ACCUM_MAINT.PLAN_UPDATE failed in Update mode:SQLERRM=User-Defined Exception in Package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB Procedure PROCESS_WBS_UPDATES

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project Super User responsibility > Create Project
2. Copy from template > select template
3. Click on Finish button > error occurs
