Cancelling And Then Saving A Source Line Transfer Results In An Adjustment Transaction (Doc ID 1645660.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Adjustment

Cancelling a source line transfer and then clicking on Save at the second 'You have changes pending' pop-up results in a negative cost adjustment removing the source line from the asset.

As there are not any changes to save, licking on save should have returned an error that there are no changes to commit.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the source line window of an asset mark one line and click on Transfer To, then Cancel > Discard which takes me back to the source line window.
2. In the 'You have changes pending' pop-up click on Discard
3. Back in the source line window click on Cancel
4. In the 'You have changes pending' pop-up click on Save

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the asset gets fully retired.
