US HS data load (i.e. Action: "Detect Invalid Classifications") from Customs Info ends with timeout error

Test: executed Download Data Content. This runs Process Downloaded Data and then runs Detect Invalid Classifications.

Expected behavior: The process should not time out in 2 hrs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run the Detect Invalid Classifications to update the product classifications on about 200K items
