Counter Readings Open Interface Program Is Updating Process_status As ‘E’ After program is Completed (Doc ID 1645785.1)

Symptoms

Using Install Base - Counter Readings Open Interface program to disable counter reading.
Inserted records in to CSI_CTR_READINGS_INTERFACE with all required values shown below.
COUNTER_INTERFACE_ID,
BATCH_NAME,
COUNTER_ID,
COUNTER_VALUE_ID,
VALUE_TIMESTAMP,
PROCESS_STATUS,
SOURCE_TRANSACTION_DATE,
SOURCE_TRANSACTION_TYPE_ID,
SOURCE_TRANSACTION_ID,
OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER,
DISABLED_FLAG,
LAST_UPDATE_DATE,
LAST_UPDATED_BY,
CREATION_DATE,
CREATED_BY

Then submitted the concurrent program and find program completed successful.
Then checked the meter reading in applications and find it’s successfully disabled the reading.
But Interface record in CSI_CTR_READINGS_INTERFACE table PROCESS_STATUS column value changed to ‘E’ and ERROR_TEXT value is showing as null (Empty).
Expect the PROCESS_STATUS should be updated to 'P'
