PO Deliverables Notification WF Fail When Multiple Supplier Contacts With User Accounts Exists

Deliverables Notification Workflow is failing with following errors:
Error Message 3205: 'BERGHUIS&HUNT@CYBERSHIFT.COM TBERGHUIS@CYBERSHIFT.COM' is not a valid role or user name.
Error Stack Wf_Notification.Send(BERGHUIS&HUNT@CYBERSHIFT.COM TBERGHUIS@CYBERSHIFT.COM, OKCDELWF, OKCDELEXTMESSAGE, WF_ENGINE.CB) Wf_Engine_Util.Notification_Send(OKCDELWF, 22123, 223930, OKCDELWF:OKCDELEXTMESSAGE) Wf_Engine_Util.Notification(OKCDELWF, 22123, 223930, RUN)
This problem is happening only when the supplier has more than one active contact with active user name (account).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO with Contract terms having deliverables where Supplier is responsible party.
2. Run 'Deliverable Due Date Notifier' program
3. Verify that the 'Deliverables Notification Workflow' is error status with the above error.
