Timezone Switch In Task Region Does Not Work (Doc ID 1646075.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Agents report that the times do not change when the incident timezone is selected in Task Tab within the SR form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The times should auto change

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create SR
2, Task tab
3. create SR and Task
4. Change timezone to incident timezone pacific but no changes to the planned end and start date
