Transit Time Not Getting Calculated For External Location Customer Sites

Users find that the Transit Time (also known as InTransit or In-Transit) is not getting calculated for External Location customer sites.
User is able to see only transit times set at Region Levels. Users need to get the transit time days in the Sales order that is specific to customer sites as per the setup done in the Transit Times form.
