Project List of Values for Rehired Employee is Still Based on Old Assignment's Operating Unit

After a rehired employee's assignment is changed to another Operating Unit(OU), the Projects List of Values in Timekeeper is based on the old OU.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Rehire a employee
2. Change the assignment of the rehired employee to a different operating unit than before
2. Navigate to the Employee Self Service for the Projects timecard
3. Click on the List of Values for the Project ID
