Debrief / Field Service Report, Labor debrief Error: "No Trips Are Found for the Resource" (Doc ID 1662082.1)

Symptoms

Debrief / Field Service Report, Labor debrief completes with errors.

Error

1. No Trips are found for the resource <resource name> between <date> and <date>
2. Value for actual effort should be greater than zero.
3. Unit of measure HR is either disabled or invalid. Check the profile option “Time unit of measure class” and make sure it matches the value of class of unit of measure.


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Debrief HTML page
  2. Add a labor line
  3. Submit debrief
  4. Receive Error
