Depot Repair: After Upgrade All SRs Are Returned By Repair Order Search - Not Honouring Service Security

 After upgrade from e.g. 11i to 12.1.3 it is found that in the Depot Repair Workbench (a.k.a Repair Orders form - CSDREPLN), all SRs are retrieved by the lov on serial number as well as the search. While in 11i it honoured the Service Security Setting (Standard) and SR type to Responsibility mapping so that only SRs that the responsibility has access to were returned, in 12.1.3 it seems to ignore this setup. The same setup is still there though in 12.1.3
