Operating Unit (OU)
There is a separate Tab "Access Authorization" in OIE that allows users to authorize a delegate to enter expense reports on their behalf. Users are able to select and assign the people from a different Operating Unit (OU) as authorized delegate.
For example: Persons A & B belong to the OU1 and Person C belongs to OU2. When Person A sets the authorize delegate option,he/she is able to select both Persons B (OU1, the same as the user) and C (OU2, different than the user).
Business Expectation : In the above example, Person A when setting the authorize delegate should ONLY be able to query and select Person B , who belongs to same OU1 and NOT the Person C who belong to different OU2.
How can this be prevented?
