Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Funds Check

When attempting to run PRC: Maintain Budgetary Control Balances, the following error occurs.


ORACLE error 1400 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PA"."PA_BC_BALANCES"."RESOURCE_LIST_MEMBER_ID")
