We have enabled worklist functionality for control on notifications and as per the oracle documents, if the user A has granted access for all types of notifications to person B , person B can action all the notifications of person A,using Switch button. But if Person B has raised any expense which as AME /workflow functionality goes to Person A for approval , then Person B can view that notification in Person A 's worklist through switch button but cannot action this notification as this will be an act of conflict of interest.
We have seen scenarios where the Person B has raised a expense , which has gone to person A for approval and as Person A has granted access to Person B to action his notification, Person B is able to view and action the same notification which he himself originated but through Person A worklist making the approver and requestor as same ,which ideally should not happen.
