Interest rate Can Only Be Entered to 6 Decimal places

Symptoms

 When entering the interest on a Discounted Securities, Negotiable Instrument Deal, the user attempts to enter a rate with greater than 6 decimal places.

Message appears

FRM-40209 : Field must be of the form FM999999999D000000

The Deal cannot be saved until the rate is rounded to no more then 6 decimals.
