Symptoms
When user A queries for internal shipment (ISO or IOT) in the Receipt form,
no details are found and the following error is displayed:
ERROR
-----------------------
APP-PO-14094 - No records meet your search criteria
Cause: There are no records that match your search criteria.
Action: Re-enter your search criteria with fewer or different parameters.
However, when user B queries the same shipment the details are displayed
successfully in the Receipt form.
